Duck

Don't overlook duck recipes.  Cooking duck isn't that hard to do and offers a very tasty alternative to regularly used chicken.

Duck is perfect slow cooked in a hearty duck and port ragu.  Awesome for a quick cook during the week in a duck larb.  Or go all out and make a terrine.
