The perfect pumpkin spice creamer recipe made with full cream powdered milk. Not only do you achieve pumpkin spice perfection, but by using powdered milk it has a longer shelf life and doesn't need to be refrigerated.
Now I know what my Aussie readers are thinking, "Why Sara, WHY?". Well my friends for a very good reason, it tastes great and has multiple uses. My American readers, at least some of you, will agree with me.
There isn't any pumpkin in the pumpkin spice creamer, the creamer gets its name from the spices used that are associated with pumpkin pie. The beauty of my version is I use full cream dried milk powder instead of cream. That makes this powdered creamer long-lasting compared to recipes using fresh milk or cream.
Coffee wise I am a die hard espresso girl, but I do use it in homemade coffee frappes amongst other things. Don't judge me, but during lockdown, it has given me some joy. There are numerous other uses besides creaming coffee with it too.

Ingredients
- Vanillin Sugar: The vanillin sugar, or vanilla sugar, adds sweetness with a delightful vanilla note. It really elevates the pumpkin spice creamer.
- Pumpkin Spice Mix: You can make your own with my homemade pumpkin pie spice recipe, it is extremely easy. Alternatively purchase readymade pumpkin spice if it is available, which is highly unlikely in Australia.
- Milk Powder: Purchase good quality milk powder as it is the star of this recipe. I like to indulge and use full cream milk powder. Alternatively you can use skim milk powder, or even goat's milk powder if you can't drink cow's milk.
How to use Pumpkin Spice Creamer
