Salad
Salads make a great side to your main meal, but they can also be a meal on their own. For something simple you can't go past a tomato, mozzarella and basil salad, or an American potato salad.
After something a little more substantial, I highly recommend my easy prawn, coconut and coriander salad. Use up some leftover pulled pork with this healthy pork and chickpea salad.
